Return Titles on Behalf of Patrons
You can return titles on behalf of patrons within the Patron Management section.
1. To return a title for a patron, access Patron Management (located within Settings) and then click View Details next to the patron in question.
2. On the Checkouts tab, hover over the book jacket of the item you wish to return. A fly-out window will display. Click Return Title.
3. Click OK to immediately return the title on behalf of your patron. Click Cancel to cancel the return.
4. Click OK on the success message. The title has now been successfully returned.
