Impersonate a Patron
Use the Impersonate Patron feature within Patron Management to view your library's Boundless site as though you were a patron. This can be helpful if a patron is having trouble with the website, because you can see exactly what they see on your Boundless website, without having to access sensitive information, such as passwords.
1. To access this feature, click on Settings from the Home page.
2. Select Patron Management.
3. Click the Impersonate Patron option.
4. You will receive a warning message stating that a new window will open with the patron signed in to your library’s Boundless website. Click OK to continue or Cancel to proceed.
