Troubleshoot Renewals - Rights Management Errors
Sometimes, when you renew a book within the Boundless mobile app, you will get a Rights Management Error when attempting to open the book. If this happens to you, tap REMOVE. Make sure you tap REMOVE and not RETURN! The title will be removed from your device. Simply download the title again. Your title should open where you last left off and you can continue reading.
