Dashboard
 
The Dashboard provides a high-level overview of all your devices, users, and content.
 
The top of the dashboard displays your total number of devices, how many of those devices are active, as well as the number of check outs and visitors you’ve had in the current month.
 

 
The middle section of the dashboard displays a graphical view of the number of checkouts and downloads you’ve had in a given date range. The ten most recent items checked out display here as well.
 

 
A map displays the location of all your installed devices. Hover over a location pin to view the devices installed in the associated location.
 

 
Click on the location pin itself to view a list of all devices installed at that location. Each device name is clickable, so you can view more information about an individual device.
 

 
Finally, a list of the ten most recent patrons to provide contact information displays at the bottom of the dashboard. Click View All Patrons to view all patrons who have provided contact information.
 

 
 
 Menu
 
All navigation options are listed on the side menu. You can hide the side menu by clicking on the menu icon. Click on the menu icon again to display it.
 
When the menu has been minimized, you can hover over each icon to view options for the associated area within the dashboard.
 
Titles
 
The Titles area displays a list of all titles you have made available on your Pop-Up Library devices. To view information on a specific title, click on the eye icon under the Action heading, or click directly on the linkable title name.
 

 
The title details page contains a short summary of the title, as well as its current status (Available or not Available). The Additional Details area contains general information about the title, such as the age level and subject matter.
 
The Summary section lets you view all activity for this title.
 

• Seen on Pop-Up Devices – Number of patrons who saw the title while browsing or searching.

• Seen by Patrons – Number of patrons who viewed the title details page.

• Previews – Number of patrons who opened the title.

• Checkouts – Number of patrons who checked out the title.

• Reads – Number of patrons who paged through the title.

• Downloads – Number of patrons who downloaded the title to their device.

 

 
 
Libraries
 
A list of all the libraries in your account. Typically, you will only see your library here. If you have additional libraries, you can click directly on the library name to view an overview for that specific library.
 

 
The main Libraries page displays a high-level overview of the associated library.
 
At the top of the page, you can view the following information under the Summary tab:
 

• Library Admins – Click to view a list of all administrators for your Pop-Up Library.

• Available Titles – Displays the number of titles currently available on your devices. Click to view a list of all titles.

• Last 30 Days Patrons – The number of patrons who visited your site and requested contact information in the last 30 days. Click to view the Patrons Report.

• Devices – The total number of Pop-Up Library devices associated with this library. Click to view a list of all devices.

• Last 30 Days Hits – The number of hits your Pop-Up Library devices have received within the last 30 days. Click to view the Hits Report.

• This Month Visitors – The number of visitors your Pop-Up Library devices have received over the last month.

 

 
Click on the Terms & Conditions tab to view the terms and conditions associated with your Pop-Up Library devices.
 

 
View a list of all recent checkouts at the bottom of the page, on the Recent Checkouts tab. Click View All Checkouts to view a list of all checkouts for your Pop-Up Library devices.
 

 
 
Library Admins
 
A list of all administrators for your Pop-Up Library displays here. Click directly on a name to view that administrator’s profile.
 

 
If you are viewing your own profile, you will see options to Change Password and Update Profile.
 

  
 
Devices
 
A list of all Pop-Up Library devices displays in the Devices area. Click directly on a device name or the view icon to view detailed information for that device.
 

 
At the top of the devices page, you can view general Device Information, such as the name and location of the device, as well as the last time logs were synced. The Monitor area displays the current device status as well as the last heartbeat for the device. View the location of your device on a map within the Device Location area.
 

 
View usage statistics for the device on the graph at the bottom of the screen. You can select a specific time frame, if needed, from the associated drop-down.
 
Any flash messages associated with the device display under the Flash Messages tab.
 

 
 
Reports
 
Patrons Report
 
Enter your search criteria at the top of the Patrons Report page to view the below information. Click Export to create a CSV file.
 

 

• Name – Patron-provided name.

• Mobile – Patron-provided phone number.

• Email – Patron-provided email address.

• Added On – Date and time the patron requested more information.

• Device Name – Device used to request information.

• Device Serial – Device serial number used to request information.

• Project Name – The library associated with the patron’s Pop-Up device.

• Library Admin – Not sure how this picks one admin over the other. If more than one admin, this is the admin assigned to the device at setup.

• Library Admin Mobile – Not sure how this picks one admin over the other SEE ABOVE

• City – Pop-Up Library city associated with the patron.

• State – Pop-Up Library state associated with the patron.

• Zip Code – Pop-Up Library zip code associated with the patron.

• Country – Pop-Up Library country associated with the patron.

 
You can use the Search field in the Search Results area at the bottom of the screen to locate a specific patron, device, or other captured criteria.
 

 

Hits Report
 
Enter your search criteria at the top of the Hits Report page to view the below information. Click Export to create a CSV file.
 

 

• Device Name – Name of the Pop-Up Library device used for the associated hit.

• Device Serial – Serial number of the Pop-Up Library device used for the associated hit.

• Item – Title Name or Search Criteria.

• Mode – Detail of what occurred during the associated hit. Options are:

  • Checkout – This title was checked out.

  • Download – This title was downloaded to a device for offline reading.

  • Flash – A flash message displayed during this hit.

  • Page View – A landing page visit, a checkout visit, and page navigation, meaning paging in the landing page and not in the book.

  • Preview – They click on the jacket to go to title details.  

  • Read – Opened book.

  • Return – This title was returned during the associated hit.

  • Search – Displays what was searched for during the associated hit.

• Browser – Browser used during the associated hit.

• OS – Mobile operating system used by the patron.

• Handset – Type of device used by the patron.

• Added On – Not sure about this one? The date the transaction occurred, so the date the action was taken.

• Library Admin – Not sure how this picks one admin over the other.

• Library Admin Mobile – Not sure how this picks one admin over the other

• Library Name – The library associated with the patron’s Pop-Up device.

• City – Pop-Up Library city associated with the hit.

• State – Pop-Up Library state associated with the hit.

• Zip Code – Pop-Up Library zip code associated with the hit.

• Country – Pop-Up Library country associated with the hit.
